Items are generally shipped out within 3 days after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and public holidays excluded). Once we receive your order, we will start processing it immediately, which is a necessary quality check process.
Delivery time takes about 7-15 business days. In most cases, It would take 7 to 15 workings days for the parcel to arrive to most countries or your location. The shipping time varies based on multiple factors, ie: the destination country, customs, weather and so on. In case of shipment delays, we will try our best to communicate with shipping couriers to speed up the process.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. After we ship it, we will email the tracking number to you (the email address you used when you made the order), so you can check your order status any time. In the Tracking Email we send to you, it will contain your package tracking number, courier service provider, and query URL.
You have many ways to check the current status of your package. Take USPS as an example: You can check the status of your package at the query URL provided by the USPS official website: https://tools.usps.com/.
You can also check the status of your parcel through the third-party logistics information service provider 17Track: https://www.17track.net/
When will your tracking information appear?
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us. At the same time, please wait patiently. Generally, the package will not update the information synchronously until the next status change. We will escort your package 100%.
What should you do if your tracking number doesn’t show anything?
Wait a few days, as an order always takes some time to leave our warehouse and arrive at the local delivery department so they can process your package and register it in your system.We will pay close attention to the shipping status of each package, just like we take every customer seriously.
Please ensure correct shipping address before you pay for it, this is vitally important when placing an order, as well as the contact phone number and email address. In case of providing us an incorrect shipping address, you should contact us immediately by email and provide us your correct address. We will check whether we can change it for you.If your order was shipped out, we are really sorry that we are not able to change it for you nor sending you another package without any fee. We can only wait for the courier service provider to coordinate. At this stage, please be patient.
Packages that are returned to us because of incorrect shipping addresses may incur extra handle charges. These charges will be passed along to the customer. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be assessed a 20% surcharge of the total order amount. At this situation, if you would like to cancel this order, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
All shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 30 business days. If your package is lost during shipping or seized by the customs, in this case, we will send you a new one for free as soon as possible. If the carrier has proof of delivery, yet you say that you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier, using the delivery confirmation number we provide. (This guarantee does not cover replacement of items damaged by incorrect handling or carelessness.) Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund.
If your purchased item is signed and collected by someone other than you according to the record shown on the delivery tracking system, we consider this as you received the item. In this case, we are not responsible if the parcel is picked by somebody else, you can contact the shipping company to have a check.
We are not responsible to items confirmed delivered – you can file a claim with USPS/Fedex. But if an item is marked delivered we are not responsible for theft/lost package/item marked delivered but cant find.
99.9% of our clients do not pay taxes or duty fees however these things are controlled by your local government, and we cannot control the process. Every parcel is processed through customs and the time frame can range. If you are charged taxes/duties you must pay them to your government in order to receive your goods. We mark parcels as gifts/low value to avoid customs and this works 99.99% of the time. If your parcel is seized by customs it is not our liability as our duty is to fulfill the order and send it (once again seizure does not happen 99.99% of the time). You can refer to your local import laws if you are unsure of possible taxation.
You must allow enough time for the carrier to deliver your package. In the case of the EMS / DHL, it can take up to 15 business days to deliver your package. Please wait the required amount of time before notifying us of an undelivered package. You must notify us by email if your package has not arrived, or if you received damaged merchandise.
Please don’t try to file a false claim, we are informed by our carrier as each package is delivered. If the carrier can provide confirmation that the package was delivered, we will not accept your claim. Likewise, we inspect each item before it ships. We can tell the difference between damage done in shipping and damage that had to be done by mishandling. Sorry that we have to include this paragraph, but while most customers are wonderful, there are always “bad apples” who ruin it for everyone and make us take these strict measures.
